Each course is a full-time immersion, giving you the space to slow down, connect deeply, and experience the yogic lifestyle in its fullness. This 200-hour yoga teacher training is rooted in Hatha yoga and enriched with Yin yoga principles.
This program will give you a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodology. This training is for anyone ready to begin their teaching path or dive deeper into yoga as a lifestyle. Whether you are a beginner, a practitioner wishing to expand, or someone seeking personal transformation, they will meet you exactly where you are. Your welcome orientation is scheduled at 6:00 p.m. Please make every effort to attend.
Teaching practice, methodology, and technique
Teaching practice in this course focuses exclusively on Yin Yoga and second Hatha yoga. You will learn how to confidently guide Yin yoga classes with proper alignment, hands-on adjustments, and mindful sequencing, while deepening your understanding of Yin yoga through longer-held, meditative postures that support the nervous system and connective tissues. This balanced approach allows you to develop a strong, safe, and sustainable teaching practice rooted in both strength and stillness. Teaching begins on day five with asana classes, and you will progressively lead longer sessions, up to 45 to 90 minutes.
You will receive feedback from peers and teachers on adjustments, voice projection, class management, and teaching styles. The course includes instruction on planning and structuring classes, demonstration, observation, assisting, and correcting. You will also cover injury management, safety, class presence, and the business side of yoga. By the end, you will be prepared to teach Hatha and Yin yoga confidently, with skills in modifications, advanced postures, and props. The program features posture clinics and themed workshops on topics like hip opening, inversions, and arm balances.
