Deepen your Kundalini Sadhana in tranquil Bali

The 200-hour Kundalini, Tantra, and meditation yoga teacher training in Bali is an intermediate pathway for sincere seekers ready to go beyond physical asana and into the energy body. The course unfolds across 20 days in the lush, calming setting of Bali - combining advanced Kundalini kriyas, tantric pranayama, mantra, chakra meditation, classical philosophy and a grounding base of Hatha to support the practice.

This 20-day intensive gives you everything you need to live and teach Kundalini Sadhana with authority - cleansing kriyas, bandhas, mudras, mantra-shaktipata, chakra meditation, subtle anatomy and yogic philosophy. At Samadhi Yoga Ashram Bali, yoga is presented and practiced not only as a self-contained system but also as a way of life that ultimately leads to moksha (liberation) - first from the pains of the gross body and eventually from one’s own inner fears.

Who can join the course

The 200-hour Kundalini, Tantra, and meditation yoga teacher training in Bali is for sincere seekers ready to move beyond physical asana and into the energy body - chakras, nadis, kriyas, mantra, and meditation. Some prior yoga or meditation practice is recommended; sincerity and a daily sadhana mindset matter more than physical flexibility.

  • Sincere yoga practitioners ready to deepen sadhana with Kundalini Kriya, Tantra pranayama, and mantra
  • Yoga teachers and trainees looking to add authentic Kundalini Tantra wisdom to their teaching
  • Meditators and spiritual seekers drawn to chakra awakening, inner silence and self-inquiry
  • Healers and therapists exploring subtle anatomy - nadis, koshas and energy work
  • Devotees and mantra practitioners wishing to combine ashram immersion with the natural beauty of Bali
  • Working professionals - the 20-day residential format fits a career break, gap month or extended retreat
  • Adult seekers (18+) of any gender, faith or background - sincerity and respect are the only must-haves.

Course hour breakdown

The 200-hour Kundalini curriculum is organised around its core pillars - kriya, pranayama, mantra, meditation and the philosophy of energy and awakening. Together they form a complete foundation in the Kundalini path and the base for the 300 and 500-hour Kundalini programs.

Each practice is repeated daily through the residential immersion in Bali, so rather than touching a kriya once, you build it into a steady sadhana. This daily repetition - the traditional gurukul method - is what makes 200 hours of Kundalini immersion noticeably different from the same material learned piecemeal.

  • Classes (20 days × 9 hours/day) - 180 hours
  • Self-study (10 days × 2 hours/day) - 20 hours
  • Total duration (classes + self-study) - 200 hours
