Retreat Curriculum

Yoga sessions

You will have two asana sessions each day during the retreat: Hatha yoga and Vinyasa Flow. What is great about them is the fact that they will allow you to move your body and unite your mind and breathing with your movements while allowing you to relax and find yourself anew. The classes are appropriate for those who are beginners in yoga.

Yogic cleansing

Yogic Cleansing is a part of Shatkarma, which includes cleansing techniques that clear the nasal pathways, making breathing clearer and the mind and body ready for pranayama sessions.

Pranayama session

The Pranayama classes allow one to learn proper breathing techniques and gain knowledge about a variety of breathing exercises that reduce stress not only during the retreat but also after it. These classes will help you create the right atmosphere to shut the outside world down and establish peace with your inner self.

Meditation session

There will be a daily meditation session during the course of the retreat that will help you learn to sit down with yourself and give you the right space to acknowledge your emotions without judgement. Also, you will be able to learn different forms of meditation practices that will help you in practicing meditation even after the retreat has ended.
