Get exposed to the essence of Kundalini
The 100-hour Kundalini yoga teacher training in Bali is an introductory course combining Kundalini yoga with Tantra Sadhana and meditation practices - offering a foundation to understand Kundalini, the 7 chakras, and meditation rituals to elevate the powers of Kundalini awakening, taught by authentic Himalayan masters in the lush setting of Ubud.
Advantages of the 100-hour Kundalini Tantra and meditation yoga
When you enrol for the introductory Kundalini yoga teacher training, the experienced masters guide you with the basic knowledge of Kundalini and its powers. The gurus teach you how to use Tantra and Meditation to awaken the unlimited power of Kundalini through consistent and correct practice.
They guide students in proper understanding of Kundalini along with the Tantra associated with each Chakra. Demonstration classes let you practise the recital of mantras to awaken Kundalini, while the expert teachers offer you glimpses of the power of Kundalini Awakening and thorough knowledge of different chakras and their functionalities.
Who can join the course
This Kundalini and Tantra course in Bali is for sincere seekers ready to move beyond the physical layer of yoga and explore the energy body — chakras, nadis, kriya, mantra and meditation. A respectful attitude, a daily practice mindset and a willingness to learn from the lineage are the only real prerequisites.
- Sincere yoga practitioners who want to deepen their sadhana with Kundalini Kriya, Tantra pranayama, and mantra.
- Meditators and spiritual seekers drawn to chakra awakening, inner silence, and self-inquiry.
- Yoga teachers and trainees looking to add authentic Kundalini Tantra wisdom to their teaching.
- Healers and therapists exploring subtle anatomy - nadis, koshas, and energy work.
- Devotees and mantra practitioners wishing to combine ashram immersion with the natural beauty of Bali.
- Working professionals - the short 10-day format fits a career break, vacation, or spiritual retreat.
- Adult seekers (18+) of any gender, faith, or background - sincerity and respect are the only must-haves.
Understanding the structure of the 100-hour Kundalini YTTC in Bali
The 100-hour Kundalini curriculum introduces its core pillars in a compact form - kriya, pranayama, mantra, meditation, and the philosophy of energy and awakening. It is a complete, if condensed, introduction and the base for the 200 and 300-hour Kundalini programs.
Each practice is repeated daily through the island immersion, so rather than touching a kriya once, you begin to build a steady sadhana. This daily repetition - the traditional gurukul method - is what makes 100 hours of genuine immersion in Bali noticeably different from the same hours spread across weekends at home.
- Classes (10 days × 8 hourrs/day) - 80 hours
- Self-study (10 days × 2 hours/day) - 20 hours
- Total duration (classes + self-study) - 100 hours
